Dana Naberezny is a lifelong innovator in the luxury and accessories space, receiving her first jewelry patent for at age 12 for magnetic jewelry. Throughout her career, Dana has created teams and spaces that propel innovation forward using flexible operations to find the perfect marriage of form, fit and function.
In 1995, Dana started her career at Tiffany & Co. where she held various leadership positions in product development, supply management and product engineering. In 2006, Dana continued her ascent in the jewelry and watch industry by leading the product development divisions at David Yurman and Movado where she oversaw functions of research and development, engineering, CAD, prototyping, project management and sourcing. From 2014–2016, Dana was a management consultant working on large scale business transformation initiatives in the fashion and accessories industries.
Rejoining Tiffany & Co in 2016, Dana created and launched their Jewelry Design and Innovation Workshop. This workshop opened its doors in 2018 and Dana currently serves as Vice President. Leveraging her work on innovation speed and measurement from design to market, the Tiffany Jewelry Design and Innovation Workshop mixes craftsmanship with advanced technologies that allows designers, jewelers and engineers to collaborate side-by-side.
Dana earned a Bachelor of Science degree in metal arts management from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York. She and her husband have 2 children and reside in Glen Ridge, New Jersey.
